Hanging by a Thread

This book is Craig Wilson’s KAP tribute to his home state of Wisconsin and to the process whereby a “kite-borne camera taught him to see pattern, textures, and shapes from above." Besides the many color photographs, the book includes Wilson’s commentary on the occasion and challenges of  capturing certain types of photographs.

Wilson has built and flown kites since 1983, and has exhibited his photographs throughout the United States and Canada, as well as in France, Germany, England, Japan, Belgium, Holland, and South Africa.
