Summary: This is a collection of three training documents, instruction for the observers at the meteorological stations in the Prussian state, a how to use equipment and record data. From what we can tell, there are three versions, the first in "old German" which is not dated, the second in 1847, with a commentary by Dr. Wilhelm Malmann, and the third (which appears to be a revision of the other two, dated 1858. Written in German, collected by Hans Snoek.
