    After 35 years, Tom Van Sant is back flying kites. Join him on April 14 and 15th on the beach of Santa Monica (California), as the comeback Kite Festival makes it's debut.
    This festival is done with the Otis School of Art...join the greats, George Peters, Melanie Walker, Jose Sainz and Tyrus Wong (99 years old!)
