- Deposit of $500 to secure a booking date (applied to rental).
- Payment of rental fee, in full, before exhibit is shipped.
- Payment of shipping to and from The Drachen Foundation.
- Certificate of Insurance Coverage to the amount of $10,000 ( in the name of The Drachen Foundation).
- Credit given to The Drachen Foundation on all press and printed materials for the exhibition.

Mikio Toki of Tokyo, Japan, is a master kite maker and painter. Toki is known for his wonderful painterly style of traditional Japanese kites and has been making and teaching traditional Japanese kite building for over 30 years. |

Nobuhiko Yoshizumi of Kyoto, Japan, has been crafting exquisite miniature kites for years. From complex and detailed hawk kites to simple and elegant kimono-shaped kites, Yoshizumi works on a small scale that takes years of patience and practice to perfect. |

Scott Skinner, lectures on Japanese Kites and the Contemporary Application of Kites of Paper and Bamboo
