Kono Dihedral Diamond Kite Kit 10 Pack

This kite is USA kite artist Greg Kono’s adaptation of American kite inventor, William Eddy design, in the diamond shape most familiar to Europeans and North Americans. The kite sail is printed on 11" x 17" bond paper, and uses a paper clip to maintain dihedral. The spars bamboo. A good "next kite" for young students age seven or older who have made more than one flat kite.

Recommended Age:  7+

Decorations:  The simplest method would be to use marker pens, but substituting the bond paper for more interesting light weight paper with color or patterns would work. Note: do not increase the weight of the paper, matching the weight of the bond paper supplied is critical in the flight of this kite.

Ideal wind conditions for this kite:  Medium (a flag on a pole is steadily moving...but if the flag is flying straight out, it's too much wind!)

Note: This kite is sold only in packages of 10.

Special offer: Recieve a 10% discount on orders of 10 or more packages of 10 kite kits.
