An American fighter kite champion, Chuck has published plans for fighting kites, given workshops, and produced a handy guide to knots that is useful to any kite flyer. A great promoter and ambassador of the sport, he has designed cloisonné pins to help fund the work of the North American Fighter Kite Association (NAFKA).
