Fano, Denmark Workshop 2001 June, 2001 The Drachen Foundation was pleased to sponsor Jens Liebscher and Tom Teubner to teach a workshop on making "Kite Men." These kites are constructed without spars, using a light weight material that is inflated by the wind.
